Strength

Today, I had my workout with Briana. No leg beating up allowed since long run is tomorrow.  She did well at making me sweat with arms, abs, and back.

Couch to 5K Week 6 Day 1


I Sooooooo did not want to get out of bed this morning, but I did anyway. Knocked out week 6 day 1! Moving on up. Can't believe how far I have come.

Lunch - turkey "tart" - yum!
Dinner- turkey and swiss and veggies -tried brussel sprouts again and still don't like them. :(

Couch to 5k Week 5 Day 3!


This morning, I did couch to 5k week 5 day 3! I am making progress!!!

This morning, I worked out with Briana. She had me do all of these series of pushups. Evil but great.
