I Sooooooo did not want to get out of bed this morning, but I did anyway. Knocked out week 6 day 1! Moving on up. Can't believe how far I have come.
Food
Breakfast - shake
Lunch - turkey "tart" - yum!
Dinner- turkey and swiss and veggies -tried brussel sprouts again and still don't like them. :(
Granola bar and popcorn as snacks

I completed Week 5 Day 3 on Friday-the 20 minute jog!!!!!!-and will begin Week 6 tomorrow!! I am SUPER PUMPED!!! :)
