Good day!

Today, I had good intentions to go to the gym before work, but sleep pulled me under. So, Mike and I went at 6:30 tonight. We did a spin class, and it was brutal. However, I survived it. And I am sure it will get easier as I keep going. After the spin, I did a half mile on the treadmill, and then I did 4 minutes on this side to side elliptical. Then, I did one round of the easy line weights.

For breakfast, I had a cliff bar.
For lunch, I had a 6 inch  subway sandwich with cheese and ham. I also had baked lays.
For dinner, I had blackened Mahi Mahi, a salad with little dressing and 1 oz blue cheese crumbles and a small piece of bread

Here I go again

So, once again, I let myself completely stop exercising and start eating complete crap again. Yes, I have lots of excuses, but none of that really matters.

Today, I am back on the exercise and health kick. No more crap or excuses.

Today, i got up and went to the new Wesley Chapel Wellness Center. It rocks. I really like the facility.

I did 2.1 miles on the treadmill, a lap around the track, the easy line circuit, and a couple of minutes on some side to side elliptical like thing to try it out. I was really just trying to get started doing something and trying to just get moving again. It felt great, and more importantly Mike came with me!
