Breakfast - egg whites and protein pancakes with agave
Snack - rabbit crackers (like goldfish but healthier)
Lunch - chef salad
Snack - biscoff cookies on plane
Dinner - scallops and couscous and butternut squash and a piece of bread
Oh yeah, and some red wine. oops
