Rest Day
My legs were REALLY sore today, so I did a rest day. No cardio, No Weights. Tomorrow, I meet with the dietitian. :) Oh yeah, Krishan introduced me to this livestrong.com application which has an iphone app that syncs with the website. It is HOT.
